Sunsent On the Riverfront

We took Ria and JoJo to this year's final Sunset on the Riverfront and they loved it!  They love people watching and got some dancing in too. 

Henry's little bald head is really starting to grow on me :)

One Year Appointment and Henry's First Shiner

On their way to their one year doctor exam .... again, can't believe they are one!  And of course, Henry would manage to obtain his first shiner just the day before the appointment :)  Poor little guy!

We learned to laugh and crawl, then sit and stand. Now we can walk if you hold our hand. But the fun has just begun ... Look out because we've just turned ONE!!!

Here are pictures from their FIRST birthday party.  I am simply amazed at how fast the first year went by!  I can only imagine how quickly my babies are going to grow up. 

Miffed Mommy - When I placed the order for the cake, they gave me a time to be there by.  I was there at that time the morning of the birthday party.  I found out my order was "forgotten" and I would need to come back in an hour to get the cake.....which was when the party was to start.  I was so miffed!  When I was "stomping" out to my car across the very crowded parking lot, I slipped and went legs straight up in the air and butt down in front of at least a dozen people .... God works in "funny" ways at times ... I needed that to laugh and realize there was no real reason to get so miffed :)
